Today comes a very personal topic, that for several years, pushed me into such a deep depression I never felt I would recover. I didn't know how to cope with such a loss and my support systems were minimal to none.
Today, we grieve for the mothers and fathers whose children are not in their arms. Today, we share this topic and bring it out of the shadows, so tomorrow can start to be a little bit better.
Thank you for participating in this subject today. 10-15% of pregnant women can suffer a miscarriage or stillbirth. Fathers don't often get much regarding coping mechanisms and grieving after a miscarriage, many times getting dismissed or pushed to the side for mom's grief.
